For public educational institutions, such as universities, libraries etc. separate conditions apply (non-commercial hiring and performance rights). Please send your enquiry to us by e-mail to office @ gaudifilm.com. The licence-holder (the institution making the order) is entitled to use the medium for non-commercial public and non-public performances and for hiring out for use within young children’s, youth and adult education. The licence is non-negotiable. The licence period is 7 years. Copying, even for security purposes, is prohibited. Any other use, such as commercial screenings broadcasting, recording, even within internal networks,   is prohibited.
